This residential project located in Glendora “Pride Of The Foothills”, takes place on a nice property with fruit trees and vegetable gardens in a spacious backyard and a 1574 SQF house built back in 1951 with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a detached two-car garage.
The existing dwelling was too small for the owner’s ideas of family visits, and gatherings so his major requirements included bigger and open spaces taking advantage of what was already built.
Our Team designed an inviting open kitchen and living room with beautiful vaulted ceilings that connect the existing house and detached garage that was remodeled to include 3 bigger rooms and baths. Also, a 2 car garage with laundry and a covered BBQ area that faces the backyard and a future pool were added as new structures.
